In a remarkable display of dedication and perseverance, Allison Davidson, our 3rd year intern, and Jalyn Tinker, our 2nd year intern, have successfully completed their college degrees while working full-time at The Hope Center. Despite the challenges of balancing work and studies, both Allison and Jalyn have demonstrated an unwavering commitment to their goals. Both have benefitted by applying what they learned at college to their work in our youth programs.
Allison received a degree in social work from Park University. Allison has felt incredibly grateful, thankful, and supported. "The generosity and encouragement of everyone here allowed me to complete somthing I didn't initially see as possible given the circumstances." We are so proud of Allison.
Similarly, Jalyn received a degree in psychology from Texas Southern University. She was able to remotely finish her studies and carried a full load to do so. She feels she is very grateful for this opportunity. We are excited to see how God uses Jalyn.
The staff and students at the Hope Center are immensely proud of Allison and Jalyn's accomplishments. Their dedication and perseverance serve as shining examples for the youth they mentor and inspire. As they continue their journey of service and growth, the Hope Center community eagerly anticipates the positive impact they will undoubtedly make in the lives of others.
